Need movement but want to take your time? Slow flow classes are curated with ease in mind so that you can take your time to enjoy and truly experience your movements as intended. These classes allow space for you to listen to your body and learn what it loves and needs. This class is great for beginners and experienced yogis alike. We all need more time to pause and explore slowing down.
