Be Moved Intuitive Movement Class

This weekly therapeutic movement session will focus on learning to move from the inside-out. Keli will guide and structure the class so you can develop tools for listening to your body and following its internal cues rather than outside pressures to look or be a certain way. Move beyond exercise and relate to your body with freedom, joy and fun!

Come in comfortable clothing to move your body. All body types and abilities welcome. While moving as a group, each individual will be encouraged to adapt movements to your own abilities and preferences.

This class can also be done virtually from comfort of your own space.
