Self Defense for Seniors

Join us for an empowering and informative Self-Defense for Seniors class designed to help participants build confidence, improve awareness, and learn practical skills to stay safe.

Led by experienced instructors in a supportive and welcoming environment, this class will focus on simple, effective techniques tailored to various mobility levels. Participants will also learn tips for avoiding potentially dangerous situations and how to respond if needed.
