Birds & Breakfast - August

August’s Birds & Breakfast event with Billie & Jerry Knight will take place on Wednesday, August 13th at Emerson Point Preserve in Palmetto, a stunning coastal location where mangroves, uplands, and shoreline habitats attract a wide variety of bird species. We’ll begin our walk at 7:00 a.m., exploring the preserve’s scenic trails for about 1.5 to 2 hours.

After our morning of birdwatching, we’ll gather for breakfast at Popi’s Place Restaurant on 8th Avenue West in Palmetto. This is a wonderful midweek opportunity to enjoy nature, spot some feathered favorites, and connect with fellow bird enthusiasts over a hearty meal.
