New Year Sound Experience

Enjoy a relaxing sound bath featuring metal singing bowls played in Nada Yoga style that creates a meditative experience. These sound waves produced by the bowls help release stress and muscle tension and facilitate relaxation.

We will have reclining chairs or mats out from which you can choose for your comfort. Dress in comfy clothes or pajamas and make sure to bring a water bottle and your favorite blanket or sleeping bag, and a pillow to enhance your relaxation and comfort.

Sliding scale $45-25.00 per person. Limited to 10 participants.
