Come to learn more about Kuan Yin and different Compassionate Care Practices for yourself and others with whom you have a relationship. We will have some storytelling, breathwork, simple movements and mindful meditation with respectful conversations.

Sliding scale of $30-10.00 per person. Bring a journal and a pen and a water bottle.
