Wear comfy clothes, grab your snuggly pillow and blanket and head over to The Soul Source for an hour of rest and relaxation. You will be out in time to still get home and enjoy your self-care evening rituals. This is a beautiful way to proactively plan and RECEIVE affordable self care. Stress-relieving acupuncture by licensed acupuncturist, Beth Busse, and guided visual imagery meditation and energy work by Jen Martin, Master Reiki Teacher & ERYT 500! Receive this and maybe some scritchy scratches and neck squeezes all for $46.00 per individual.
