The Melplash Show is held at West Bay near Bridport in Dorset on Thursday 21st August 2025.
Our show really offers something for everyone and is a great day out for the whole family celebrating rural life by the sea! The showground is packed full of exhibits including livestock, horses, homecrafts and horticulture. There are over 400 trade stands selling everything from locally produced food to tractors… and plenty in between including clothing, food & drink, homewares, plants, garden accessories and artisan items.
Main Ring entertainment - Squibb Freestyle motorcycle stunt show and the world famous Shetland Pony Grand National, each performing in our main arena throughout the day.
Countryside arena packed with demos including falconry, terrier racing, Guide Dogs demo team and much more!
Cookery Theatre with live cookery demonstrations and talks throughout the day.
Discover Farming - our fully interactive education zone packed full of activities for children to enjoy and take part in, whilst learning more about food and farming.
Lots of walk around entertainment and music.
