30 Days of Summer Yoga

Can you believe it's our 10th year?!?
This 30 day event was created to give people a chance to really commit to their health and well-being without worrying about price. Each class holds something new, and everyone walks out feeling better than before.
Flow and glow thru a breath practice, learn sun salutations and standing poses, melt in a warm-down and rest. There is sun and shade space available. We are outside most of the time, unless it is storming or pouring (yes, we have stayed outside in the drizzling rain!)
Mats available to borrow, please dress comfortably in clothes you can move around in.
