Join us in this comfortable community setting on Sunday morning from 10:00-11:00AM. This is a beautiful space and time for rest and rejuvenation before another week begins! Get the energy in your body and spirit moving and still have plenty of time on Sunday to savor the sweetness of late spring with friends and family. Stress-relieving acupuncture by licensed acupuncturist, Beth Busse, and guided visual imagery meditation and energy work by Jen Martin, Master Reiki Teacher & ERYT 500! Receive this and maybe some scritchy scratches and neck squeezes all for $46.00 per individual.

We limit the class size to 8 people so everyone can rest comfortably in this community setting.

Please feel welcome to wear comfy/appropriate loungewear that can easily be rolled up and socks or slippers that can be removed. Bring your own pillow and blanket for additional comfort--we will have ones out, but sometimes your stuff is better for YOU!
