We meet at 7:50am on the 1st Saturday of each month at the foot of the "causeway" on the beach, the one that leads out to the massive Squamish Nation wood carving of the "welcome" figure.

Come with headphones and the meditation ready to play. At 8am, we count down, all press play at the same time, and generate an abundance of positive energy together, feeling, living & thus generating the heart-centred world we want to live in.
