How to Cancel your Eventbrite Ticket

1. Go to your Event Dashboard.

Log in to your Eventbrite account. Then select your event.

2. Go to "Orders" (under "Manage Attendees").

3. Search for the order.

Use the search bar to search by name, order number, or email.

4. Click "Actions" and choose cancel or delete.

Select the top "Actions" menu to cancel or delete the entire order. To cancel or delete a single ticket, click the "Actions" menu next to that ticket.

Cancel this order/ticket: The ticket(s) will be canceled but will show in your refunded/canceled orders. The attendee(s) will receive an email notification.

Delete this order/ticket: The ticket(s) will be deleted from your event. The attendee(s) will not receive an email notification.

You can't customize the email sent to attendees when you cancel an order. If you have a specific message for an attendee, email the attendee before you cancel their order.

5. Click "Yes" to confirm.

Canceled or deleted orders can't be restored. If you cancel or delete the wrong tickets, request the attendee re-register or manually create an order for them.
