Hear from Alex Celis, one of the founders of local favorite Celis Juice Bar.

Alex Celis is an entrepreneur and community builder with a deep passion for health, wellness, and connection. In 2015, he and his brothers founded a juice bar dedicated to promoting a healthy lifestyle. What started as a single location has grown into a thriving business with three locations in West Palm, Palm Beach Island, and Delray. With strong roots in the community, the company emphasizes quality, wellness, and bringing people together. In 2020, Alex extended his commitment to health by launching Celis Run Club, which has since become a major running community, attracting over 200 runners weekly.

This chat will be moderated by Sophie DeWaal, a 1909 Member and Founder of Arya Tea Bar. A competitive equestrian show jumper, Sophie had a 10-year career as an investment banker on Wall Street before moving to West Palm Beach to launch Arya Tea Bar, a beverage company focused on matcha, milk teas and fruit refreshers. Her first tea bar location will be opening in Fall 2025 on the 500 block of Clematis Street in downtown West Palm Beach!
