Sculpt on the Lawn with Mojo Fit Studios at The Lights

Join us off-site at The Lights in WF on the lawn for Sculpt! All levels and abilities of yogis are welcome. Sculpt is a combination of yoga and muscle conditioning. The class combines toning exercises, cardio and basic yoga postures to reshape your body Please bring a mat, water, and your sunglasses for movement in the sun. Option to bring free weights for class but they are not required.
