🌟 Dine to Donate – Supporting PPAS & Bundle UP! 🌟
📅 Tuesday, May 14th at The Sandbox

Join us for a meaningful day as we partner with Pregnancy, Parenting, and Adoption Services (PPAS) and the Bundle UP Your Baby Bump program! When you dine with us on May 14th, a portion of proceeds will go toward supporting local families preparing for the arrival of their little ones—whether through parenting or adoption.

PPAS walks alongside expectant parents, offering free, confidential support and counseling throughout their pregnancy journey. From parenting education to adoption planning and connecting families to vital resources, this program helps ensure that babies are born into loving, prepared homes.

We’re also collecting new or gently used baby and toddler items (clothing up to 5T, toys, diapers, baby gear, etc.) to help stock Bundle UP, a free community shopping event that provides essential items to families in need. We will be trying to fill the trailer outside!!

Come enjoy a meal, bring a donation if you can, and help make a difference for growing families right here in our community. 💛👶

The PPAS program works with expectant parents and hopeful adoptive parents to help them get ready for their little ones. They walk alongside women throughout their pregnancy to help plan for baby.. either to get ready to be a great parent or to make an adoption plan with a great family. They also help prepare families hoping to adopt through education and home study services. All services provided to expectant parents are Free and donations of new or used baby items will be used to help support new parents.

What Bundle UP Is…

Bundle UP Your Baby Bump is a free shopping opportunity for new and expectant parents in the area. We collect new and gently used baby supplies from the community and give them away for free to parents in need. All families are welcome to "shop" to help them prepare for their babies or get necessities for their toddlers and children. We have clothing sizes up to 5T and toys for all ages! The community is an integral part of this event and we are so grateful for their generosity. Each participant receives a small gift and everyone is eligible for door prizes. We hope to serve over 400 individuals at this event providing much needed children's items.

What the PPAS Program is….

The Pregnancy, Parenting, and Adoption Services (PPAS) Program provides free, confidential, and unbiased pregnancy counseling to expectant parents experiencing an unintended pregnancy throughout the state of North Dakota. The goal of the program is to support and educate expectant parents in order for them to make the best decisions they can regarding their child. As a result of this support, healthier babies are being born and two generations at a time are being positively impacted.

PPAS services are open to all expectant parents and are tailored to fit the individual needs of each person. A psychosocial assessment is completed with each expectant parent to identify their specific strengths and needs. When a need is identified (access to adequate nutrition, housing, health care, etc.), Catholic Charities North Dakota’s (CCND) social workers work with the expectant parent(s) to meet those needs through community resources.

CCND social workers help expectant mothers schedule prenatal appointments and aid with the transportation to those appointments. Expectant parents are offered parenting and adoption education. They are encouraged to explore both options before making a decision for themselves and their baby. If an expectant parent decides to parent their baby, CCND social workers work with them to help prepare for the baby, helping to obtain the needed baby supplies and the services needed to support the family in their plan. Parenting education is provided to each family. If an expectant parent decides to make an adoption plan, CCND social workers help them select an adoptive family, navigate the legal process of adoption, and provide ongoing support.

Expectant parents can access services throughout their pregnancy and post-delivery for as long as needed. CCND not only works with the expectant parent(s), but also their extended family and support system, providing education and support to all who are involved in the child’s life.

The PPAS program also supports families hoping to adopt through education, home study services, and post-placement services.
