Kirtan is a powerful meditative practice rooted in Bhakti Yoga, the yoga of devotion. Together, we’ll chant ancient mantras, uplift our spirits, and align with the energies of the equinox—a time of equal light and darkness, inviting inner harmony and the blossoming of new intentions.
