200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training

Essential You Yoga’s 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training begins June 13, 2025, and enrollment is open now! This Yoga Alliance-accredited program is designed for those looking to teach or deepen their personal practice with expert guidance, hands-on experience, and a supportive community.

With a flexible, modular schedule, you’ll train one weekend a month + one Wednesday Zoom session at Essential You Yoga (New Tampa/Wesley Chapel) & Jai Dee Yoga (Seminole Heights). Led by experienced instructors Libby Gayle & Danielle Sweet, this trauma-informed, evidence-based program provides small class sizes, in-depth mentorship, and real-world teaching experience to help you build confidence and expertise.
