In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, we invite you to a unique gathering where we’ll explore how grief affects the brain — Through open conversation and an interactive craft activity, we’ll reflect on the cognitive impact of grief and learn about the real, physical changes that happen in our brains after loss—and how understanding these changes can be a source of relief, self-compassion, and healing.

🎨 This session includes a hands-on activity designed to reflect what’s happening in the brain and help you gently process your grief in a creative, supportive space. All materials provided while supplies last. FREE session. No RSVP required.
