Salami Making Workshop with Craig Castree!
Join Craig Castree from Edible Gardens for a 2.5hour workshop on how to make your own salami. You will learn the essential techniques for making your own salami and take home your own salami to mature. The cost for this workshop is $30. To book in please call the centre on 8742 3688. Please note there are limited spots available.
