This exclusive event brings together three families whose legacies have helped shape Australia’s wine, hospitality, and cultural heritage. At the heart of the evening is Yalumba, Australia’s oldest family-owned winery, with Louisa Rose—Winemaker, Head of Sustainability, and Global Brand Ambassador—personally presenting a handpicked selection of wines. Each wine will be thoughtfully paired with a bespoke seasonal menu crafted by Executive Chef Nick McGonigal. Known for his refined, produce-driven style, Chef McGonigal draws on European culinary traditions while heroing the best of Victorian regional produce.
Guests can expect a multi-course dining experience that is elegant, expressive, and deeply rooted in place—featuring sustainably sourced ingredients and dishes designed to enhance and echo the character of the wines. Held in one of the Mansion’s most atmospheric rooms, with soaring ceilings and historic detail, the evening promises to be a rich celebration of provenance, people, and place.
