Appetizer:

Shrimp and Citrus Ceviche

Shrimp, serrano pepper, garlic, fresh squeezed lemon, zested lime, scallions and tomato ceviche served with house fried white corn tortilla chips.

Paired with FYI Lager

Salad: Esquites - Mexican street corn salad

Corn kernels mixed together with mayonnaise, butter, lime juice, a hint of salt, chili powder, and cotija cheese.

Paired with Double Time IPL

Entrée: Abuela's Chicken Enchiladas

Old Family recipe...Chicken enchiladas with melty cheese and served with rice and refried beans!

Paired with Thirsty Amiga Amber Mexican-style lager

Dessert: Sopapilla Cheesecake Bars

Delicious pastry dough, sweetened cream cheese, butter, cinnamon, sugar and honey make this a scrumptious way to finish off this four course tour of Cinco de Mayo!
