My Magic Mind: Art, Breath, and Inner Messages is a 4-week creative and mindfulness-based experience for kids ages 7–12, designed to help them explore the energy within, express their emotions, and tap into their intuition—while having fun with hands-on projects they’ll treasure.
Each Saturday, children will explore big ideas like chakras, Reiki, meditation, and inner peace through playful practices and guided creative expression. We’ll combine breathwork, movement, guided journeys, oracle card creation, and art to help your child connect with themselves in a gentle, empowering way.

Week 1: My Inner Rainbow
Learn about the 7 chakras + color-coded crystal body map
Create a chakra salt jar with affirmations & gratitude
Make 7 oracle cards—one for each chakra
Take Home: Chakra Jar
Week 2: Messages from Within
Go on 7 mini guided meditations to receive inner symbols
Create 7 intuitive oracle cards based on what they see or feel
Week 3: My Healing Place
Guided journey to their favorite peaceful place in the world
Paint or draw that place + create oracle cards inspired by it
Learn how to return to this space in their imagination whenever they need calm
Week 4: My Spirit Team & Sacred Space
Guided meditation to meet their Power Animal, Angel, and Tree
Create oracle cards with messages from each guide
Decorate a personal Meditation Box with crystals, affirmations, and oracle cards
Take Home: Meditation Box + Their Personalized Oracle Card deck
