Come join us at Mars Stadium for a special event just for parents and guardians!
Movember Ahead of the Game is a youth mental health program that teaches young people and their support networks to understand mental health, build mental fitness and strengthen resilience.
Following from the players workshops, this 45-minute session is an opportunity for parents and carers to build your knowledge on what mental health is, and how to help your young person and others when faced with mental health challenges.
