Guest Chef: Francesco Mattana Roots

Francesco Mattana brings Sardinian soul to Tewinbury. Raised on a farm by the sea and trained in kitchens around the world he’s now one of the UK’s most followed chefs with over a million fans across social media. But his food is all about going back to basics.
