Beginner pilates workshop

A beginners' pilates workshop in which you will learn some of the basic exercises and have a chance to ask any questions you want.
- learn how to properly engage your core muscles
- learn to sync your breathing with your movement
- be introduced to some of the basic classical exercises
- develop confidence to join a class or simply continue your practice at home

The workshop will be held in Arddleen Village Hall. Please bring a mat if you have one and wear something comfortable that you can move and stretch in. Booking link in discussion.
