At the height of the sun and the turning of the wheel, we gather….to honour Litha, the Summer Solstice, and the sacred light within and around us.
🌺 She Blooms is not just an event—it’s a tender, heart-led ceremony created for those who feel called to soften, reconnect, and gently awaken to their own seasonal rhythm.
🌺 Held within the beautiful bell tent at Moon Rise Therapies, this is a space of reflection, sisterhood, and deep sensory connection.
🌺Together, we’ll begin by crafting wildflower crowns in quiet ritual—a time to arrive, ground, and honour the energy of full bloom.
🌺 We’ll sit in circle—a space for connection, for being seen, for remembering the quiet power of gathering with others in stillness and truth.
🌺 You’ll then be guided through a meditative sound journey, using crystal bowls, gong, and drum, alongside a gentle guided meditation to take you deeper into the energies of the season.
🌺 This journey is here to support your nervous system, your inner knowing, and the rhythm of your becoming.
🌺 Aromatherapy will be subtly woven into the space through seasonal scent and intention, adding an extra layer of grounding and presence.
🌺 We’ll close with herbal tea, homemade cake, and a simple solstice ritual—a moment to reflect, release, and honour your place in this turning of the wheel.
