Join the sound healing collective In Space Through Sound for a transformative evening of immersive sound at the prestigious Wells Cathedral. Known for their creation of sacred spaces through vibrational resonance, the collective invites you to step into a sonic sanctuary where ancient architecture meets deeply restorative frequencies.
This unique event harnesses the acoustic majesty of Wells Cathedral‘s stunning “Chapter House” to guide participants on an inward journey through a tapestry of gongs, singing bowls, chimes, voice, and other sacred instruments. Designed to support deep rest, reflection, and personal insight, the sound immersion offers a portal to reconnect with the expansive nature of your own being.
Whether you're familiar with sound healing or experiencing it for the first time, this is an opportunity to enter a contemplative space of calm and presence—held within one of Britain’s most iconic spiritual landmarks.
This experience is open to all no matter your faith or belief. All are welcome.
Everyone is advised to bring mats, cushions and blankets to lay on as the Chapter House has a hard stone flooring.
Being comfortable throughout the duration of the sound journey is important to get the most out of the experience.
It is also recommended to bring water
Entrance to the Cathedral is via the North West Door on the left hand side of the West Front.
Please note: access to the Chapter House is by uneven, medieval steps, and there is no step free access.
