Aikido Alive Summer Course, Bjorn Saw 5 dan

Please join us for our annual Two-Day Summer Course in Wells, Somerset.

Two days of Iwama basics; bokken, jo and taijutsu. Informed by connected internals and an understanding of Aiki, practiced in the three steps of Kihon, Awase and Ki no Nagare, ie Ko-tai, Ju-tai and Ryu-tai; Solid, Soft and Flow.

With Aikido Alive U.K. and Bjorn Saw Sensei, 5 dan Aikikai, Saturday and Sunday in Wells, county Somerset, U.K.

Saturday 11-1:30, 2:30-5.
Sunday 10-12:30, 1:30-4.

£60.00 for two days.
