Itchin' to practice or learn more about tai chi? It's got heaps of health benefits for all ages, plus we've got classes here at your fave local community centre!!
Tuesdays, 10 - 11:15am is the advanced class, Fridays, 10am - 11:15am is the beginners class.
No registration required, just show up and give it a go!

Suggested donation $5.
