Sunday Beginners Karate for Adults and Children 6 years and above

This is a 45-minute beginners karate class that introduces you to the basic punching, blocking and kicking techniques. Our class is very family friendly and designed to encourage individuals to perform at their personal best and build on that wherever they are, in terms of fitness levels.

You do not have to be fit to attend this class you build up your fitness as you train. We always start our class with gentle warmups and stretching as this is core to wellbeing and being able to maintain training over a lifetime.

Parents and caregivers only pay the kiddie price as we want you to utilise your previous time well, so while you are waiting for your child you may a well join in and reap all the benefits that karate can bestow on you.
