This month, we dance from the deep.
From the low-lit well within the pelvis, where instinct, intuition, and our inner fire reside.
Breath descends, awakening the Hara, our life force energy, clearing what no longer serves us.
Movement rises, carrying what wants to be felt, freed, and transformed, opening space for more joy and vitality.
We dance not to perform, but to reclaim our energy, our presence, our aliveness.
To sink into the molten center where your belonging, your power, and your knowing dwell.
Let your hips answer.
Let your breath carve.
Let the Hara lift you, guiding you toward the embodiment of your truest self and the year ahead.
For those wanting to meet the places that feel stuck, tight, or patterned, this space is for you. This isn’t about new-year resolutions, it’s about working with the energy you already hold with compassion.
A chance to let your body integrate, unwind, and move with more truth before the year ends, creating space to soften and transform through the rest of December, into the year ahead.
