It is the rise and fall, the expansion and return, the echo of aliveness that lives within your body.
As we move together, we’ll listen deeply for the quiet invitations of sensation—pulses, spirals, expansions, releases. We’ll follow the wave as it ripples through the spine, radiates into the limbs, and awakens the inner current of something ancient and alive.
Let your body become the question. Let your breath be the bridge. Let yourself be danced by the rhythm that has always lived within you.
