As the season turns to spring, we gather in remembrance—an invitation to embody the strength within and 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐥 𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐰𝐢𝐬𝐝𝐨𝐦 𝐦𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐮𝐬. When we connect to our inner foundations, we touch the support of those who came before and deepen our sense of belonging to life itself.
We’ll begin with ceremonial cacao, then drop into a guided movement journey with live soundscape. There are no steps to learn, no performance—just presence, curiosity, and letting your body move as it feels. You’re not learning steps or performing—you’re being invited into presence, curiosity, and feeling. With a focus on nervous system regulation, personal expression, and inner listening, somatic dance creates a nurturing space to come home to yourself.

Jenna Joan is a somatic family constellation therapist, yoga teacher, and group facilitator who has been leading movement spaces for over 15 years. With a background in yoga, somatic dance, and therapeutic embodiment, her work blends play, authenticity, ancestral healing, and deep nervous system awareness. Jenna is also a cacao alchemist and ceremonial facilitator, known for creating safe, soulful spaces that invite freedom, connection, and inner exploration. She has been hosting workshops, retreats, and community events for nearly a decade, and also works 1:1 in more therapeutic settings.

With a focus on somatic dance and therapeutic soundscapes, their sets are intentionally curated to guide movers through an inner experience—honouring the body’s natural rhythms and the intelligence within. Their offerings create safe, accessible spaces for people of all bodies, backgrounds, and experience levels to explore movement, presence, and connection. Rooted in play, precision, and deep listening, Sonic Sutra brings music that moves beyond entertainment—into healing and transformation.
