Reiki Charged Sound Bath

Join this nourishing space the 18th of May from 11am at Pure Yoga Somerset (Wellington) for an immersive experience of release, grounding and deep rest as you close the weekend before starting a new week and month.

What to expect as part of this Sound Bath:

- Some breathing exercises and somatic exercises
- Visualisation techniques
- Have some space for journaling
- A mini goodie bag

This is a morning framed by the sounds of my crystal bowls, chimes and drums

Your are welcomed to bring your yoga mat, I do recommend to also bring a blanket and a pillow for extra comfort. (we provide mats for everyone).

Please arrive 5 minutes before 11AM (seats are chosen by participants as they arrive on the day of the event)
