NZGDC Workshop: Level up your Leadership , With Tamara Buckland

This workshop is all about the benefits of role playing and play, as a way to build more confident and stronger leaders and teams.
Using my own leadership RPG that I've designed, we will play with attendees giving them a first-hand experience of the benefits of role playing and how it can easily slot into our day to day work, with a bit of creativity.
I will provide stories and examples and ideas for both leadership development as well as team/culture development.

Attendees should bring their preferred note-taking tools such as a notebook and pen, laptop, or tablet.
