Mid Week Reset At The Parlor

Join Ember for the Full Mid Week Reset with both Yin Yoga and Slow Flow Yoga or join for your favorite restorative class every Wednesday at The Parlor!

Yin Yoga is a Slow paced, relaxed, meditative yoga practice; holding poses for three or more minutes low to the ground to stretch and lengthen the body’s deep connective tissues. Encourages you to focus your breath, thoughts, and body sensations. Can improve flexibility, range of motion, circulation, and emotional balance. Can also reduce symptoms of stress, depression, anxiety, and sleep disturbances.

Slow Flow Yoga is perfect for those who are new to yoga and ready to start their journey or for the seasoned yogi looking for a mindful class focused on connecting with breath with movement and mindfulness. Slow-paced movements with detailed guidance on yoga poses, proper alignment, and breathing technique’s, helping you build a solid foundations and reconnect with yourself.
