Join Us for an Evening of Rhythm & Connection.
Join us for an immersive evening of mindful drumming and vocal expression as we gather and exploring the use of rhythm and breath to journey to a restorative place of peace and presence. No experience needed – just bring along a drum (preferably a frame or ‘shamanic style’ hoop drum).
What’s In Store:
We’ll kick off with a short intro to drumming, then move into four guided Rhythm Rounds across two hours. Each round unfolds naturally through improvisation and group energy, with space to rest and connect between rounds. There’s no right or wrong way to play – it’s all about the joy of shared rhythm. I may offer a chant or melody along the way and you are welcome to join in if you feel inspired but participation is always your choice.
The vibe is warm, welcoming, and inclusive – perfect for both beginners and experienced drummers.
Cost: $30 per person (pay at the door)
