Matariki Waterfront Skate 2025

It's that time of year again! Join us as we skate Matariki Ahi Kā on the Waterfront! This is such a fun event and a great way to celebrate the year that's past and the year that's to come for our Small Wheels Communities. Take in the sights and sounds, stop and jam at the various music performances, explore all the neat installations, and most of all enjoy gliding through the night with good company.

You're invited to bring a koha of some small snacks, which we'll share at the end of our skate time. There's also food trucks about if you'd like to get something a little more substantial.

We'll be meeting where the Harbourside Markets are held on Sundays. Look for us on the stretch of pathway on the Waitangi Park side.

As we all know the weather can be mischievous! So we've set two postponement nights, Saturday 21 June and Sunday 22 June, to give us some options if the weather decides to play games.
