Luxury Cupcake Class
This cupcake class focuses on creating opulent luxury style cupcakes, ideal for any special occasion. You will learn various techniques to take your cupcakes to the next level, including stencilling, embossing, painting and making sugar flowers.
It is the perfect class for a beginner cake decorator, or an enthusiastic baker who would like to take their skills further. At the end of the class, you will take home 12 beautiful cupcakes decorated in a colour scheme of your choice.​
During this class you will learn to:-
· ​​bake the perfect cupcake
· Make smooth buttercream for icing
· Create fondant toppers for cupcakes
· Decorate your cupcakes in a range of intricate and luxury styles, using stencils, embossers, and edible paint
· Use metallic accents, including gold/silver leaf
· Make handmade sugar flowers
· Use a variety of tools
· Use colourings and choose an effective colour scheme
· Arrange your cupcakes in to a bouquet design
· and more!
