Low Impact Netball

Anyone over the age of 15. All genders and abilities welcome.
$5 to help pay for the court is appreciated.
Players turn up on the night, and we will put you into teams.
You can have a go at any position and even swap teams.
You cannot jump or run, and have 5 seconds to pass the ball.
We don't have centre passes with us throwing the ball in from the goal line following a goal being scored to fasten up the game.
This is social and fun, but we promise you will get a really good workout.
Drink bottles are a must.
