HĀ - Matariki Event (Breathwork, Meditation & Taonga Pūoro)

Guided gently by Jase Te Patu (Ngāti Apa, Ngāti Ruanui, Ngāti Tūwharetoa), this is more than a meditation—it’s a sacred return to self. Under the rising of Matariki, we honour Hiwa-i-te-rangi, the star of dreams and intentions. Through breathwork, you’ll be invited to relax, soften, and plant the seeds of your wishes for the year ahead.

As your body settles and your wairua reconnects, be serenaded by the soulful sounds of taonga puoro, played by Te Kahureremoa Taumata (Ngāti Kahungunu, Ngāti Tūwharetoa). Take a moment to pause, breathe, and listen deeply. This is your space to reflect, reset, and remember the power of your breath beneath the stars.

What to Bring
Wear comfortable clothes and BYO bolster / blanket / pillow if you prefer one, as these will be in limited supply. Complementary mat and herbal tea included.
