What is it?
Early Bird Beats is our monthly morning movement dance party to kickstart your day with connection, music, and community. We warm things up with a guided breathwork session by Jacqui Sive, then let loose on the dance floor with DJ Shan. Coffee from Supreme and No Ugly drinks provided for all your hydration needs!

When?
🗓 First Friday of every month
⏰ 7:00–8:00AM (doors open at 6:50AM!)
📍 Courtney Creative, 49 Courtenay Place

It’s the school holidays – so bring your kids if they’re up for a boogie too! All ages welcome.

Cost:
🎧 Small ticket price to help cover DJ, venue, and drinks
