Breathwork: A Journey into Embodied Memory & Inner Truth
Deep Soma Remembering is a breath-led journey into those quiet places within—where emotional density softens, ancestral wisdom rises, and your own inner rhythm becomes unmistakably clear.
This session is for anyone who feels “off” even when everything looks “fine.” For those navigating transition, fatigue, emotional overwhelm, or simply sensing that their body is speaking—and they’re finally ready to listen.

Core Intention
To reconnect with the intelligence of the soma—the living, sensing body—as a gateway to emotional clarity, ancestral remembrance, and spiritual presence.
What to Expect
Guided Elebreath®️ session (conscious, rhythmic breathing and somatic presence)
Embodiment practices to awaken sensory awareness and deepen body connection
Intuitive visualization cues and energetic attunement
Gentle music and sacred space to support emotional and energetic release
Closing prompts for reflection and emotional integration
You’ll be gently guided back into your own inner landscape—where truth lives, tension releases, and the nervous system finds a place to land.
Contraindications
This session involves intentional breath modulation, somatic awareness, and nervous system stimulation. Please consult a medical professional or get in contact if any of the following apply:
Pregnancy (2nd or 3rd trimester especially)
History of cardiovascular issues, stroke, or high blood pressure
Epilepsy or severe respiratory conditions
Diagnosed PTSD, schizophrenia, or other unmanaged mental health conditions
Currently taking medications that affect heart rate or nervous system regulation
All participants will be guided to listen to their body’s cues. You may choose to simply receive the energetic field and breathe gently if needed. Your safety, sovereignty, and comfort come first.
Integration Support After Breathwork
Breathwork opens the door—but integration is what sustains the shift. After your session, you may feel light, raw, expanded, emotional, or deeply calm. All responses are valid.
We suggest:
Drinking plenty of water
Taking time to rest and reflect
Journaling or voice noting any insights that arise
Spending time in nature or grounding practices (e.g., bare feet on grass, epsom salt baths)
Avoiding overstimulation or intense conversations immediately after
