A Walk With Katherine Mansfield - Guided Walk

In this walk of up to 75 minutes we will enjoy the gardens through the words of Katherine Mansfield. Throughout her short writing career she expressed her love of plants and the natural world. Our walk, accompanied by the words of Katherine in her 1907 charming vignette ‘In the Botanical Gardens’, will be essentially on main paths, including some uphill to the Succulent Garden, to reflect on some of her favourite plants.

Meet at the Founders’ Entrance, Glenmore Street.
Cost: $5 (cash only, please). or free for Friends.

This is part of the regular walks run by the Friends of the Wellington Botanic Garden, they run twice monthly throughout the year with a different topic every time.
