Tactical Survival Academy is hosting Senior Instructor Stephen Brown from the renowned Inosanto Academy of Martial Arts in Marina Del Rey, Los Angeles!
With over 40 years of martial arts experience and 36 years training under Guro Dan Inosanto, Stephen is one of only two instructors currently teaching Kali classes at the academy alongside Guro Dan Inosanto himself.
Stephen specializes in the Filipino Martial Art of Kali, as passed down through Guro Inosanto’s lineage. His training background also includes extensive experience in Muay Thai, Silat, Western Boxing, Jeet Kune Do, Savate and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
Over the decades, Stephen has worked with:
* Multiple branches of Law Enforcement, Military units and Special Forces.
* Actors, stunt performers, and executives in the film and television industry.
* As a fight choreographer for screen productions.
Known for his precision, adaptability, and deep respect for the cultural roots of the arts he teaches, Stephen brings a wealth of knowledge and embodied experience to every seminar.
Currently based in Marina Del Rey, CA, Stephen is excited to share the Kali method of Guro Inosanto with the New Zealand martial arts community.
