The Art of Ikebana exhibition

Step into a world of elegance and precision at The Art of Ikebana Exhibition, presented by Ikebana Wellington. This two-day showcase celebrates the centuries-old Japanese art of flower arranging, where every stem, leaf, and bloom is placed with care and intention.

Wander through the Begonia House and enjoy a stunning display of spring arrangements that combine natural beauty with artistic expression. Members of Ikebana Wellington, a passionate group connected through the Wellington Sogetsu Teachers’ Association, will be on hand to share their love for this timeless craft.

Free public demonstrations:
Saturday – 11:30am & 1:30pm
Sunday – 1:30pm

Whether you’re an avid gardener, an art lover, or simply curious, this is a chance to slow down, be inspired, and experience the quiet artistry of Ikebana.
