Mindful Me Meditation (Teens)

An Eight week Yoga Nidra adaptation created especially for neurodivergent, empathic, and emotionally aware teens navigating a loud world.

Mindful Me Teens offers a midweek pause from pressure, overstimulation, and emotional overload. Using trauma-informed Yoga Nidra, we guide teens into restful awareness through grounding body scans, supportive breathwork, and inclusive visualizations that honor autonomy and nervous system needs.
