Ronin Strength Weightlifting Workshop @ Nene Training
This workshop will cover technique for both the snatch and clean & jerk, as well as additional tools such as lifters plyometrics and complimentary movements/variations to improve your performance in thr Olympic lifts.
As this is a practical session, you will have the opportunity to try out what you have learned under the guidance of Khrys/Ronin coaches and ask any questions that may come up.
You will need to come appropriately dressed to lift (comfortable gym clothes that allow a good range of movement and appropriate footwear).
