Glenvale Park 5k

It's a 5k course around Glenvale Park, that you can run, walk or stroll. There's also a 2k version of the course for those that want it.

Every Saturday morning at 9:30am, we meet outside Toad Hall Nursery on Beaumont Road in Glenvale Park and then follow the set course.

It's for people of all ages and abilities. Kids and dogs also welcome.

Come to get fit, come to get some fresh air, come to make some new friends. And then join us in Bewiched afterwards for a catch up.

As well as participating, we also need people to volunteer to be marshalls and stewards to help us run the event. So, please comment or message if you'd like to volunteer.
