Watch the sun set over Cape Cod Bay as you gather around the campfire with a glass of wine, sweet and savory s’mores, and stories that celebrate the spirit of Cape Cod.
Special guests Ilyssa and Dave Kyu, editors of the new anthology Campfire Stories: Cape Cod Tales & Travel Companion, will join poet and naturalist Elizabeth Bradfield and writer and historian Mary Bergman for a night of storytelling. Elizabeth and Mary will read from their contributions, while Ilyssa and Dave share the inspiration and journey behind creating this unique collection of Cape Cod voices.
📚 Campfire Stories features classic and contemporary essays, poems, and short stories that explore the Cape’s rich human and natural history. Copies will be available for purchase and signing at the event.

– A cozy campfire setting
– Optional twilight trail stroll (8:15–9:00 pm) with our guest speakers and Mass Audubon staff
Please bring your own camp chair.
